Me in quarantine

My new hobby quarantine has been cooking, before the virus appeared I knew how to do the basics in the kitchen, nothing very elaborate, but when I started quarantine I again developed my anxiety for sweet things, I was getting a lot out of my diet, So the first thing I did was healthy sweets, my first attempts were with mugcakes, it didn’t get so hard so I kept the pancakes, then the cakes. My parents during the quarantine had to stay at work, and in order for my mom not to worry about lunch I started trying salty things, my favorite preparation is Chard Stew and I discovered my new eternal love, the Italian squash, in all its versions.

The only bad thing about healthy food are its ingredients, since sweeteners and unrefined flours are very expensive 😕
