My favorite Picture

This is my favorite photo, it was taken by a friend who is a photographer, her name is Sofia, I remember it was taken in early 2019, it is one of my favorites because it exists because I was part of a photo shoot, its theme was "let’s make self-love fashionable", I remember this day I was very nervous, because, never in my life had I shown my body that way, much less photograph it, throughout my life I have had insecurities with my body and the project made a change in my life, from that moment I made the decision to love me, obviously it is a process that does not happen overnight, but slowly, with small big actions, is achieved.

Currently I weigh 15 kg less than in this photo, from self-love I started to worry about my health too. So when I look at this picture I feel very proud of myself and of all the effort and work that I have done for every day to love me more and to be healthy.
